My first job — at 13 years old — was caddying at a Chicago golf club, carrying 50 lb bags for some of the city's most successful men. That mindset earned me the Chick Evans Scholarship, a stage as a professional physique competitor, my RDN + CPT credentials, and an MBA in 19 months.
